Recall to Duty - Exemptions
Military personnel who are part of the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) are subject to recall to active duty for up to a year. If you are recalled to active military duty and such a recall will cause extreme hardship, the SRIS Law Group military lawyers may be able to help you avoid the recall.
