Bryan Block is one of the two attorneys of Sris Law Group, P.C. who practices in the Richmond, Virginia area. He is a former Marine, having served on active duty as an infantryman and scout/sniper from 1975 until 1979. He also served in the Marine Corps Reserves while attending college from 1979 until 1983. With experience as a Staff NCO, he is well aware of the ramifications of civilian charges against a member of the armed forces. Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), by its broad language, is easily invoked on the grounds that the conduct giving rise to a charge before a civilian court was "of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces." When representing a member of the Military, he takes care to minimize the impact of civilian charges by proper communication with the military command structure as well as negotiating alternate sentencing with civilian prosecutors and courts to avoid any potential military charges for unauthorized absence or missing a movement.

He is a former Virginia State Trooper with 15 years of experience in criminal and traffic investigation. He has been certified as a Level I Accident Investigator, Traffic Radar Operator and a Breathalyzer Operator. In 1999, he was severely injured during a police pursuit of a criminal reckless driving and hit-and run suspect. Following his recovery, he was retired from duty and attended the University Of Richmond School Of Law.

He now represents clients charged with DUI, reckless driving, speeding, driving on suspended operator's licenses, and criminal violations. His intimate knowledge of police practices and procedure makes him one of the most qualified lawyers in Virginia to assist clients charged with serious traffic and criminal violations.
